The role requires developing via In-house Coding language, So no programming language experience is much needed other than logical thinking. Work with people who are ex from tier-1 companies and would want a relaxed life style

Cons

Losing touch with programming in Open source languages. Being here for more than 5 years will ensure careers are ended as it will become impossible to find other opportunities
