Pros

I've been working at Workday (HiredScore) in Israel for a year, and it's been a fantastic experience so far. The company offers so many opportunities to learn and grow, and I'm really enjoying my time here. The people are wonderful—friendly, supportive, and great to work with. The salary is competitive, and the overall atmosphere is fun and engaging. Highly recommend!

Cons

The company has a lot of complex products, which can sometimes make things challenging.

Pros

The remaining collaborative and friendly people

Cons

Carl Eschenbach - new CEO only has a sales/marketing background and doesn't know anything about technology or AI. He is destroying the company culture and the company with his lack of vision. Terrible leadership across the board at VP+ levels destroying the company culture Literally everything is getting cut - fresh bagels, the number of trash cans so they could cut janitor pay, no more wellness $50 per month subsidy. The company is so stingy and yet the executives are making millions. All the smart and talented employees are leaving. Left will just be those who can't leave because they're stuck with only XO knowledge. This company is no longer inspiring or innovative. Take this as a warning. There is no AI strategy and nothing is being developed in house anymore. They only want to grow through acquisitions. Because of XO, the technology is very outdated and falling apart. This also results in ZERO career progression.
