Pros

Best work/life balance I’ve seen in awhile. The people are all wonderful. Everyone is willing to help you if you have a question. Very customer centric. Global company that keeps expanding. While the world waits to see how AI will transform all industries Workday is head down and willing to meet the moment. Exciting things on the horizon and the founding CEO just stepped back into the ring which seems to be giving everyone a boost of energy.

Cons

Large company at such a pivotal time in tech…comes lots of change to adapt. Workday has some of the best so when people leave they are leaving to competitors. It can feel sudden.

Just awful

Pros

I enjoy watching the stock price tank every year and I find screaming at my laptop during all hands meetings to be cathartic.

Cons

The offices we are forced back into are filled with anxious, miserable workers who are primarily focused on not getting fired. Layoffs have eliminated so many good people, while leaving behind the sycophants. The work is boring, we are not honest with the public about being an AI leader, and leadership is lost. This company should be a last resort or a place to ride out the storm only. I know very few people who are happy.
