All Good Things Must Come To An End

Pros

- Hours can be somewhat flexible. - Snacks can be decent - Can still find good people but the list gets shorter and shorter

Cons

What was a good place to work, now a shell of its former self ... A complete decimation of morale and culture due to widespread layoffs, cutbacks and outsourcing, all under the guise of "optimization". This has removed any sense of job security with people feeling replaceable and pretty fed up, along with being shamefully overworked and under paid. Opportunities have been completely outsourced to cheaper regions so don't expect any progress. A CEO more concerned about pushing an AI narrative which no one wants or believes in. His decisions have ruined the company and what it stood for.

Great place to work but not sure about the CEO

Pros

Great people, culture and benefits.

Cons

New CEO actions don't match the company values and likes constant firings and restructuring. Seems like a yearly mandatory action not based on performance.

We understand how painful and unsettling this moment has been. Saying goodbye to talented and valued Workmates is never easy and we’re appreciative of their contributions in helping shape the company’s journey. Workdays committed to supporting those affected during this transition.

Toxic to another level

Pros

The HR Ops team and management create a very challenging work environment. There is excessive micromanagement, and even after escalating concerns to higher management, issues often remain unresolved. This makes it difficult to find peace of mind at work.

Cons

Brand value Few benefits RSUs
