Compensation, benefits, and perks are all fantastic. The culture here is excellent and much better than the culture at my last company. Everyone is willing to help, while still allowing me to take ownership. When you take time off, they expect you to take time off - not to stress out about not being at work! They have a roadmap to help me as a software engineer know what I need to know for my job, and set a trajectory to learn what I need to know for future opportunities down the road.
