Workfront reviews

I would not call Workfront diverse. We have 900+ employees and I would be surprised if more than 10 of them are Black. The vast majority of our Sales, IT, and Engineering employees are men. Every member of our executive team is White and every single one of their direct reports (VPs/Directors) are White. That being said, women are well-represented in leadership positions, which is great. I just wouldn't call us diverse. I'd say we're above average, but we're working on evening it out. There are a lot of women in Workfront, but few in the technical realm. We're also looking for more people of color to join the Workfront family. Better than average, still could be better. Very few minorities in support.

I have no cons for this role.
