      Cons

      Very little career advancement Stock options are not a part of compensation PMM industry has a myriad of players, tough to get a lasting foothold. The best Ideas fall flat due to struggles with execution

      AtTask is one of the best IT companies to work at in Utah and maybe even on the West coast

      Great people, great technology and a great product. Lots of upside potential and a passionate and dedicated staff to help achieve it. Courage to try new things and a deep disdain for the status quo.

      Cons

      Culture is still forming and sometimes change is not managed as well as it could be. Current market strategy may be played out.
