Pros

-Pay and benefits -Recognition platform with lots of products similar to an amazon. As you do great work and get noticed, you receive points to buy. I bought a Bose Soundbar, airpod headphones and over $1,000 worth of giftcards in just 10 months. -BDR managers are hands on and in the best way; they are in the grind with you and will make sure you get to quota even if they have to help you prospect. 10/10. -Framingham office is elite with tons of food and snacks

Cons

-Executive leadership is a bit scrambled. They're all highly competent but with a lackluster plan -Culture takes a hit with so many remote/hybrid roles. In this career, it's more fun to be in office with your peers

Culture is amazing, helpful colleagues, good benefits, fun onsite events, good pay.

Cons

Unclear career development opportunities in this role, not as much transparency from leadership as there should be.
