Very nice office in a heritage building Snacks and Paid Lunches Often Office is spacious, not over crowded Workload is very relaxed

Engineering practices are dated, unstandardized and generally not nice to work with. Every small change takes a huge effort. The company is established, making money, growing. There is no motivation to innovate, improve anything or make things more efficient. No future. The longer I stayed, the less valuable I became to other companies. I was losing skills faster than I was gaining!
