      Pros

      -Strong commitment to living and upholding values. They talk the talk and walk the walk. -Endless opportunities for innovation, the company is always in continuous improvement mindset. You can make a real difference here. -Lots of flexibility and great benefits. Free insurance, competitive time off, RSU grants.

      Cons

      -C-suite appears to favor longer tenured employees. It can feel like you have to prove yourself repeatedly in order to be taken seriously. -No 401k match

      CEO is the best person you could work for

      Cons

      Company still has a small company feel but much more pressure put on everyone. As a company they are starting to get full of themselves and are willing to pass on opportunities because of the need to consistently push things a customer may not need.
