Pros

Latest tech tools for sales and marketing. Big money potential.

Cons

Just a big software corporate political play unfortunately. Spend 75 percent internally battling over who gets what, accounts strategy, deals and who gets the credit.

Pros

My manager/team all have ownership over their performance. We depend on each other and ourselves to be adults and work. Training is great and being assigned a mentor has been very helpful. So many people have reached out, offered encouragement, advice, guidance that did not have to. Culture is very friendly and team oriented. Perform, manage your work, and you will succeed.

Cons

Politics still apply here, just starting to figure out the dynamic. No 401k match.

Pros

Great place for rookie sales people to learn or for legacy sales people who are allowed to hoard the good accounts. You wouldn't be one of those sales people though. Seasoned sales professionals should stay away.

Cons

Sr. sales leadership and management on the Strategic team is abysmal. This place is all about how long you've been there and who you know. I always read negative reviews here and think "those people probably aren't producers. They washed out and they're unhappy about it." This is not that, their top sales people are leaving in droves - hence the never ending sales positions available. It's crazy for such a small company to always have several open sales positions. This is turnover, not growth. There's no enterprise product yet so they're dumping a mandatory and significant increase in the laps of their customers to make up for it. No additional functionality, just a huge increase. Good luck expanding in those accounts. If you're a top producer, you can do significantly better. I know it to be true because I did it along with many others. Don't drink the koolaid, the grass is definitely greener.
