      The culture is generally positive, with friendly, inclusive, and collaborative people who genuinely try to help each other

      Cons

      Business decisions often feel reactive, shortsighted, and aimless, largely due to inexperienced leadership. When more seasoned leaders with diverse experience join, the company tends to resist change—even when it’s clearly for the better—which leads us to repeat the same mistakes.

      Pros

      I've been at Workiva for 1 year now ... I've gone through the whole trajectory of "this is AMAZING and FLAWLESS" to "Woah! there are some big company challenges." And when you sum it all up, Workiva is just such a fabulous place to work. The culture is driven top-down as a caring, collaborative, and thoughful one.

      Cons

      Workiva is a challenging place to work due to a very matrixed structure. The cultural focus on collaboration often stalls productivity. But the tradeoff is there: empowered people who are really trying to take care of this great organization and each other.
