Business Outlook
Pros
Workiva is an ideal place to work. There is no hierarchy structure here, first year employees literally have direct access to upper management if they have any suggestions on how to improve efficiency. Great open atmosphere, a really great opportunity for anyone interested in working in the Technology sector.
Cons
The only con is that long hours are required at times. This is to be expected in most accounting roles however, that is just the nature of dealing with deadlines.
