      Growing SaaS Company -- Amazing Product -- Best Culture

      Pros

      From the top down the company believes in building a product with the customer in mind first. Nothing is done on a whim. They are refreshingly lean--agile, but not rigid about it. Founders have had experience building startups with successful exits. Developers and product owners are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Customer managers are energetic well respected by our clients. Absolute gem. Cloud technology used is cutting edge and rapidly evolving. A developer will never be bored.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything show stopping. Nit picks aren't worth mentioning.

      Pros

      Endless opportunity, rapid growth, smart leadership. It's growing so fast if you can present yourself as competent and committed to success you will have your pick of what you want to do.

      Cons

      Change is constant and fast moving so if you are not prepared or willing to change then you will have a hard time here.

      Pros

      "Nice" mid-western, "Family Style" culture. "Good People" who are "Fair" - both terms used regularly. Seems too good to be true.

      Cons

      Lacks professionalism and includes family style huggs. If you already have a family and want a professional work environment, this could be a huge disappointment. The software also has a flash interface - big oops! Beer drinking games are used to bond teams. This will remain the Frat House mistake of my career.
