Pros

The paycheck tends to come on time.

Cons

-Management is the biggest issue. Their lack of diverse experience outside of the company has created an insular, narrow-minded environment. -Mid and senior management have held their positions for too long without seeking external experiences or training. Their resistance to new ideas and change is stifling. -The blatant favoritism is demoralizing. If you're not one of the chosen few, expect your efforts to go unrecognized and unrewarded. -Ambitious employees beware: seeking promotion or self-improvement can lead to punishment rather than reward. -There's an underhanded approach of pressuring employees to quit on their own, probably to sidestep paying unemployment benefits.

Pros

Pay is nice. If you ever get a bonus that is. Remote work.

Cons

Micromanagement extraordinaire. Bonus structure magically changes every quarter and targets are never met. Management is full of toxicity (good ol' boys network) The solution itself isn't very good. They push this innovative solution and a happy work/life balance but its a sham. The product sucks and the job of the SA is basically to take crappy data from multiple sources and place it into a "single source of truth" which is clunky, antiquated, and does less than google sheets. Do yourself a favor and stay away from the glitter they throw at you and look at one of the big 4 instead. You'll get paid more, and treated better.

Pros

Flexible working hour and environment. Management trys to make people feel good. Good benefits.

Cons

Engineering team are mostly from lower tier state universities, over hyped and over estimate themselves. Engineers are way over their head and think too high of themselves. Exaggerated tasks, minor features take ridiculous long time to deliver, and mostly in poor quality. They spend too much time to keep praising themselves for job well done without idea how other highly successful companies do their software. Too many (inexperienced) managers, keep promoting wrong people.
