      Pros

      The benefits at Workiva are great (compared to my last job). Colleagues are a treat to be around and make the working environment bearable.

      Cons

      I do not feel like I am being paid my value. I am at the lower band compared to colleagues in the same job with the same amount of experience.

      career growth, perks, flexible working, lovely helping smart clever colleagues, great product, great support, outstanding hiring and training structure.

      Cons

      Salary could be higher, some key reporting seasons can be very busy but that's just the industry ... Workiva is always striving to help employees take time off and look after themselves
