      Pros

      Very nice office in a heritage building Snacks and Paid Lunches Often Office is spacious, not over crowded Workload is very relaxed

      Cons

      Engineering practices are dated, unstandardized and generally not nice to work with. Every small change takes a huge effort. The company is established, making money, growing. There is no motivation to innovate, improve anything or make things more efficient. No future. The longer I stayed, the less valuable I became to other companies. I was losing skills faster than I was gaining!

      There are many pros; some outlined below: * CULTURE: everyone I have met at Workiva thus far have embodied our values. We trust each other. Management trust their team. We collaborate, innovate and work together to ensure our customers are delighted. *PRODUCT: our products solves real problems. Customers can see and understand the benefits of using our products and services. *PROCESS: there are processes for most things. Workiva's CS function is a well oiled machine. *MANAGEMENT: it starts at the top; Marty, our CEO, is an extraordinary human being and leader. Marty encourages managers to follow our leadership principles. Managers are held accountable if they do not follow our principles. No micro-management. *DEVELOPMENT: we are given all tools needed to progress and develop vertically or horizontally within Workiva. There is always something new to learn at Workiva.
