      Great place to be

      Pros

      Great culture and leadership. The company actually cares about their employees and it's not just a slogan. The company is in a great place in the market and you get to work with highly talented co-workers and interesting clients.

      Cons

      CS might still be one of the lower paid departments within the company despite bringing a huge value to customers and thus the company.
