Boys Club and Nepotism to the Max

- cool offices - free food - somewhat flexible work schedule - game room

Cons

- Extremely inexperienced middle management - Total boys club environment where you only advance if you're part of their group - Culture is significantly declining - Too much nepotism, including with executives - Pay is way below local and national averages - Everyone is treated different and held to different standards depending on whether you're friends with certain groups. Very reminiscent of high school.

Casual dress and flexible hours.

Cons

Management makes little of what employees contribute and often mock and make fun of associates. There is no training or good communication between departments. Management is so infatuated with what they did four years ago they do not hear current day criticisms. They overwhelm you with clients and projects and do not compensate you for it. Favoritism - playing favorites' that demoralize the rest of the team.

Pros

Great technology, young vibe, good food, fun activities. Most of the executives seem to care about both the people and the company. Most co-workers are genuinely good people.

Cons

There are many "leaders" who are in way over their heads yet cannot admit mistakes, management by book since they lack actual experience. Clickish. There are other executives who care only about profit. Product lineup is good, but growth ceiling is very low unless we can pivot to something new, which based on the way things are built now does not look good.
