      Pros

      -Management is helpful, and encourages best practices to be shared amongst reps -Very collaborative environment with a ton of young talent -Team selling is encouraged to increase larger deals -Leader in the market for SEC reporting and top 2 in the GRC space (brand recognition) -All around they try to preserve the culture by hiring high character people

      Cons

      -Having issues adjusting to being a global reporting company -Market cap is about peaked for SEC reporting -Not adapting fast enough to capture the capital markets space -Needs to improve implementations in the GRC space. Too slow and complicated causing too many competitors to churn in GRC -Increased bureaucracy making it tougher to get issues resolved and deals done quickly internally -Opportunity has become smaller while quotas are getting larger

      Lots of opportunity for growth and the company invests a lot in training and enablement.

      Transparency and communication from leadership is poor leading to lower confidence in our direction.

      Pros

      I worked with a great team who were professional and supportive. The customers like the product and the company has good potential to grow, primarily outside the US.

      Cons

      The company lives and dies by external forces, with the sustainability reporting mandate being the latest example. When governments require more reporting, Workiva thrives. I always felt a little uneasy working for a company that relies on more government regulation. They tout innovation, but I didn't really see it. Change comes very slowly, it at all. Don't expect to shake things up too much. Leadership turnover is dramatic, especially for recent hires. The ones I was personally acquainted with tried to bring change only to be knocked down.
