      Pros

      They actually care about the employees. I feel comfortable enough to go to my Team Manager, Director, Senior Director or honestly even our CEO if I have an issue or need leverage.

      Cons

      None at the moment. Huge growth this year has benefitted everyone in the company & our customers.

      Pros

      Great people in general who want to work hard. Some great talent. Really neat buildings. Small company feel.

      Cons

      Young, inexperienced management in services. Talent is not fully leveraged.

      Great company

      Pros

      Workiva has a excellent culture and leadership. The company heavily invests in developing strong solutions allowing us to continue to grow as employees.

      Cons

      Over the years there have been many bad hires at every level of the org but especially in mid tier leadership. The positive spin is that our C suite will move quickly to fix the situation, but its still too often we hire people that have no meaningful exprience in the industry and that always leads to issues. Recently there are been more promoting from within the Org and that has improved things.
