      Great Company but losing that "loving feeling"

      Pros

      Great product, great people at all levels, super smart people and technical resources, awesome CEO and executive leadership you can approach, they treat you very well.

      Cons

      Lost that private company feel and going overboard on administration at this point. Their licensing model and it's versions have been a nightmare to manage and sell and it's confusing to customers. Comp plan is all overt the place quarter to quarter.

      Fantastic product with a bright future.

      Cons

      Transitioning from a successful start-up mindset to an enterprise SAAS company. Vast majority Upper/Middle/Lower management are white men based out of Ames, Iowa despite this company's global reach. Many struggles to find outside talent internally and externally. Many decisions and managers are based on tenure more than any other factor.
