I've seen a lot of growth here at Workiva since starting in 2012, and I have also held a few different positions. Through all the growth Workiva's dedication to the work culture, environment and employees has stayed strong and true. There is still that level of autonomy here and making sure employees have a voice and can share ideas and collaborate successfully in an inclusive environment. Compensation is fair, benefits are great, lovely perks. Not a micro-managey environment at all. Employees take pride in the work they are doing here and there is a sense of ownership.
