Frequent 1 on 1 meetings. No surprises - Promotes good work/life balance (probably depends on which team you're on) - Average age is young (22-35) Technical - Modern technology stack (Dart, Go, Python) depends on team - Code review process is beneficial - Practices continuous deployment
Cons
- No 401K match - Monthly pay periods Technical - Documentation sometimes in multiple places (working to fix this though) - Occasionally duplicated efforts stemming from unclear communication - Security precautions due to being a public company can sometimes be a hold up (rightfully so)
