      Pros

      People-first, always. And you can feel it. The leadership team strives to make the company a place where employees want to spend their time and can develop and grow. Respect for people is a priority, along with the company’s performance and customer impact. You feel it from the CEO and across the entire team. Genuinely a great place to work. Yes, we work hard, and its not always easy, but we make progress.

      Cons

      Success requires dedication and hard work. Not a place to kick back - but a great place to learn, grow and develop yourself and your career.

      Complex product with minimal support

      Pros

      Great benefits and can be fully remote.

      Cons

      Complex product with minimal support. Training period was very brief, given 20+ customers after only a few months and told the technical resources would not be able to support on all most calls.
