Thank you for your feedback. We are committed to providing compensation and benefits programs that meet the different and evolving needs of our employees. In the last few years, we introduced several new or enhanced benefits, including geographic mobility, birthday time off, extra volunteer time off, extended volunteer programs, global ESPP, quarterly well-being days, financial support for adoption and surrogacy, and a paid return to work transition following parental leave–just to name a few. Our People Business Partners or Benefits team members are always happy to meet with you to explore how our benefits can best support you and your family.

Pros

Remote work Great offices Competitive pay salary wise Money to invest in tech

Cons

-Bonuses are not defined. It's a bucket of cash and districted solely on manager discretion -Equity is bottom of the barrel. We lose people all the time to places that pay more in equity to ICs than Workiva offers for VPs -Politics - it's all around. If you're not on the same train, You're not in the "club" -Too much faith in ESG. Companies need to get back to profit and are aware. The teams built around ESG were a good idea when it was thought to be an unstoppable initiative, but as markets have shown, it's just sort of in the background for the most part. Even the most recent SEC ruling won't drive demand the way Workiva expects. -Promotions are not given as deserved. Or even as promised. Requirements for promotions change all the time and there is no formal process dept to dept. If you get put on a long term project, or are on leaves your progress towards a promotion is absolutely stalled (which is illegal when your on LOA for certain cases) and I've seen instances where end of year performance and rating is affected.

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. We’re glad that the investments we make in remote work, our offices, salary plans and technology do not go unnoticed! We are always working on ways we can be better, which includes continually re-evaluating our compensation programs and business priorities to make sure we’re evolving as the company (and world around us) evolves. Your feedback is appreciated and we will escalate the concerns you shared to our senior leadership team.
