Pros

Remote Work Pretty Flexible Nice Bonus & Standard CLI Raise

Cons

HUGE Micromanagement Problem Unattainable KPI Dismissive & Rude senior leadership "Scare" you to do better This company lured in many with promises of remote work and rewarding customer engagement. In all honesty, dealing with the management and end users has been a nightmare. A new management team came in and made unreasonable KPIs telling employees if we didn't like them then "maybe it's time to look elsewhere" Who says that to employees who took care of everything while managers took off for weeks during the holidays. The job itself is not hard at all, management makes it 10X harder by adding metrics, workforce management, user satisfaction requirements, and data data data as a daily priority. Constantly told that anything we do is messing up data and that is why we cannot hire more people to support the team. MICRO MANAGEMENT - If you are looking for a job where someone is looking over you 24/7 then this is the spot. I have never been to a company where reviewing how someone "handled" an interaction took so much time and energy away from other tasks. 30-day training to be brought on board fully only for 20 days of the training to be useless for the actual job. Watched videos and articles on how to use the product only for none of that to matter when the customer base is used to instant and unreasonably quick support. If you are in IT and looking to take this job I would probably go somewhere else.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Investing in our people is a top priority, which is why we continue to provide annual salary increases and bonuses for employees and a “work where you work best” approach to workplace flexibility. We’re grateful that those factors have been positive for you. As our company grows and evolves, we recognize that employees feel the changes and for many, it’s difficult (and often frustrating) to navigate. We’re sorry to hear this has been your experience. The examples you provided have been very helpful and we will share your feedback with the leadership team.

Pros

Flexible working arrangement for employees

Cons

I joined the organization because I knew few folks i was going to work for but I left the organization withing a year of joining. The main reason being i felt absolutely worthless everyday and was tired of being constantly micromanaged by my manager. The sales team had no clue how to work with people from different industry background and i saw them constantly blame others for their mistakes. Ideally Sales and Pre-sales team members work hand in hand but here they just needed someone to play the blame game when the deal does not go their way. The most surprising part was i had no support of my manager when i expected that most. I witnessed two resignations since my joining and both were unhappy because of this culture. Regional leaders just introducing themselves or talking in the quarterly meetings is not what is expected with leadership. When there are 4 resignations withing a year from the same team, there should be a detailed review assuming that there is something wrong or not working. But to my surprise not a single word from the US leadership or secondary leadership. When you hire a new person both parties i.e. company and the employee have spent significant time and money so there should be efforts to understand what has made them reach this decision at least if not efforts to retain them. This says a lot about how much you value your talent and really empathize about their situation.
