      Tech, laid back, inclusive, international culture. Possibility to move ahead with your career. Solid company, solid financials. Public company. Company cares about its employees.

      Cons

      You feel appreciated and taken care of until strategy changes, management changes, or market changes. When you are no longer needed, it feels like you are dropped like a bag of potatoes and kicked out as fast as possible,

      Losing it’s culture

      Pros

      Decent pay and flexibility. Coworkers are usually great to work with and willing to help in any situation

      Cons

      They will let you go with no warning and tell you ‘change is hard’. They don’t invest in current employees but instead keep hiring new people. Management doesn’t care about you and they make it very clear you are a headcount only. If you are on the fence about accepting a position here I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
