Pros

Amazing culture & benefits. Health care is paid at 100%. Possibility to work from home, or in the office, whatever you prefer. No micromanaging, lot of responsibility.

Cons

Not many PTO days - just the minimum of 25. Not a lot of traveling when your BoB is based in the same country. Not that many company events. Growth and promotion is quite difficult.
