      Overall a fantastic job as a developer

      Pros

      Software first company using the latest technologies. Big enough that there are lots of people to learn from and gain experience. Easy to switch teams and try different technologies. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The underlying product is a bit boring (reporting software). The interview bar is not especially high, but once employed it is complex software (not just a basic web app) so must be a good developer to survive.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with. Respect of colleagues, this is not your typical public accounting cut throat environment.

      Cons

      This is accounting so busy season are brutal, but thats just how accounting is.

      Good Company/Needs Better Management

      Sets good initiatives and overall company goals Allows for flexibility in work/life balance Building a good Diversity Equity and Inclusion program

      Cons

      Upper Management isn't transparent or very responsive Compensation is treated like a taboo Growth and development can be very difficult
