Incredible CEO and COO Genuinely liked most people I worked with Product is great I'm truly proud to say I worked here Pretty encouraging of innovation from the top (can depend on your org)

Cons

Some org's middle management (such as Client Services) weren't well architected and are largely overlooked. Some old tech decisions that have haunted us, were continually re-invested in.

-Strong commitment to living and upholding values. They talk the talk and walk the walk. -Endless opportunities for innovation, the company is always in continuous improvement mindset. You can make a real difference here. -Lots of flexibility and great benefits. Free insurance, competitive time off, RSU grants.

Cons

-C-suite appears to favor longer tenured employees. It can feel like you have to prove yourself repeatedly in order to be taken seriously. -No 401k match
