Pros
My job continually pushes me to approach things in a non-traditional manner in order to find new and better ways to achieve results. I love that. I have a lot of ability to make recommendations and my team and leadership listen to what I have to say. The culture and environment is supportive, innovative, and fun.
Cons
No 401k match. The ESPP is not a substitute for this. The G&A functions are the last to hear about things and are often sent into a reactive tailspin to support/deliver what other departments have already said they're going to do.
