Pros

There are many pro’s to working at Workmen’s Circle. There are very dedicated employees working together to make this one of the best nursing homes in the area. The nurses are great, even when dealing with the pandemic and short staffing. There is room for growth within the company. There is also lunch provided to employees daily which is an added bonus.

Cons

There is short staffing which is going on across the board in healthcare, but they are really working on improving this.
