even though fresh graduates, they can get many experiences. if you want stuff to write on your resume, this company is suit for you

no managements. actually, too few managements for the size of the company. it is very likely that you dont get much training.

First 3 months is essentially a training period, which they can choose not to hire you if you don't perform well. However, different evaluators have different criteria, so you might be putting in more effort than the rest, and still underperform. Evaluator can get inconsistent by approving your work, then tearing it apart the next time. You'll need a lot of persistence and get over criticisms easily to continue in this position.
