This companies strictly survives on that. - Management doesn't choose experts to make decisions but chooses whoever is acting like a dog chasing a bone and saying 'right' even at times when the manager is wrong. This resulted in complete destruction of one of the products and there by loaning to subsidize the share of it. - False promises for professional growth. - Company is on financial cringe. - Most wrong step in giving huge increments and benefits to whoever starts with fashionable new tech rather than testing and adapting stable tech for products. - Evaluation scheme to promote employees is the biggest lie, bogus and a huge crap.
