Terrible leadership from the CEO, CPO, and the CRO. No vision and constantly chasing the innovation of what their competitors are doing and have been successful with.

lack of communication between teams, frequent layoffs with no notice or support after the fact, lack of respect for employees who were loyal, hired on too many people and could not maintain control over their own budget and had to let a large percentage of people go due to their mistake. So many good people who left long term stable jobs to work for Workspot just to get let go within in months of employment, such a shame.
