Differentiated & competitive offering in a crowded market. Workspot has a great future.

Cons

There seems to be a conflict between senior leaders (including technical) on the best market fit - SMB vs. Enterprise. One can actually see this on their website (2021 version)

Pros

Very fast paced company with an amazing and relevant product in today's ever evolving world of remote working. As a mid-size start up you still have the ability to impact change at every level. This company has the product to go to great places. You need a solid product behind your company these days to make sure you stay in business. Workspot has that and continues to innovate. They continue to make their competitors stand up and take notice. Good benefits, 401k, stock options, competitive salary & quarterly bonus.

Cons

Because of Covid all employees are remote (an issue for all companies) so it makes interaction with new employees hard. Hopefully once it is safe to travel again & employees are comfortable we can have quarterly onsites to promote team building/morale
