What I like about workstream is the team, company and also the culture where I really feel welcome and close at home especially being here for more than 2 years now. I love that workstream up to this day still pushes me to excel in my career and in my personal development while at the same time giving me different growth opportunities within the company.

Cons

Nothing i can say here so far. This company has got to be one of the best companies I've experienced working with literally the founders, team and people here are just amazing and I love them! :)

- Culture is good. A big reason why I like Workstream. - A lot to learn. Product is constantly evolving. Makes it fun to sell. - Going after a big need within the restaurant industry. If the company can execute it will go really well.

Cons

- With constant change comes a lot of unpredictability. - Not a good place for someone to work that relies heavily on a pre-existing playbook or processes.
