Pros

Diverse environment, location in the heart of DC, nice people to work with. Opportunities to move around if you are bank staff.

Cons

poor management, hard to be bank staff, contract for a long time. Out of date technology. I worked in the Telecom dept and the computers and phones are so out dated.

Pros

It is a well known organization all over the world. This experience will make your resume very different from others.

Cons

Hard to get recommendations since officers are very prudent and are very careful about their words. And may not assist you to improve a lot during a short period of time.
