      Pros

      I really enjoy working at World Book for a variety of reasons. I get to work with a lot of amazingly intelligent people who work hard to collectively create well-crafted products that help to educate children throughout the world. I think we all value education and that passion creates a dedicated team who all contribute to World Book's success. I love that we're always creating new products and approaching things differently to respond to our customer's needs. It's awesome working for a company that contributes to the greater good!

      Cons

      Actually, I think it's an exciting time to be working at World Book. We're about to celebrate our 100th anniversary and I like the direction we are headed.
