Pros

-Travel opportunities -Exposure to global business -Beautiful offices -Free breakfast and other perks

Cons

-New roles, promotions and raises are given to friends, family and compatriots of management with no due process or transparency -cases of people with recorded history of incompetence or bullying being promoted -HR powerless and uninvested in supporting staff, cosmetic efforts to control narratives of disgruntled ex-staff is their main priority
