Colleagues are amazing. Manager is nice.

Cons

Do not fairly pay their employees. Salaries seem to be all over the place. Always making unnecessary changes. Workload is unbearable. Understaffed. Micromanage too much.

Pros

Get newer computer equipment and access to more companies once agency is acquired.

Cons

No remote work allowed except for a certain few. Hostile work environment. Little to no support from management. Constantly getting work dumped on you with unrealistic expectations of what you should be able to handle. Low salaries by industry standards. Customers complaining and pulling their business because they are receiving poor customer service due to employees being overwhelmed.
