10 out of 10 would not recommend! Decent benefits overshadowed by poor management

Pros

Good 401k match. No vesting period. Benefits overall decent. PTO. Early closures.

Cons

Training doesn't happen. Very sink or swim culture. Good young talent is wasted by management that only cares about tenure. Management is impossible to reach as is HR. Pay raises are a joke as is the performance review process. They claim to have a set structure, metrics and growth plans for employees but rate and promote on vibes only. Pay bands low for industry

Great colleagues, but limited advancement and pay issues

Pros

Great colleagues to work with. Client Advisors, Commercial, and Personal account managers are exceptionally knowledgeable.

Cons

No opportunities for advancement...it's either receptionist or get licensed. Pay is based on demographics not employee performance.

Pros

Short commute when I had to be in office 5 days a week.

Cons

Humongous workloads and absentee management. They buy local agencies and service degrades significantly. Account managers leave and books of business are redistributed at random. Expect to work a minimum of 50 hours a week to keep your head above water. Producers are not held accountable.
