Pros

Porvides paid training and a computer to work on. Fully remote.

Cons

You are required to be on the phone 65 percent or more of your day. You are attached to your computer 7 hours or more , daily. You are required to sell insurance. They require overtime and holiday work. Calls come in 24 hours a day. You may have to work at night until 2am. It is stressful work for not much money or career advancement opportunities.
