Great culture for a Christian while being able to serve the Lord and make a huge impact in the lives of others around the world. The company also has incredible training and support from all departments across the board.

Cons

Starting pay is not the best but also not the worst. Also the need to take the closing shift when you start in the Gift Catalog Season.
