      Pros

      World Vision staff are some of the most dedicated people I have met1 I love getting to connect with people from all over the world who are all working toward the same vision. It feels good knowing that even in my little way, in my behind-the-scenes work, I am making a difference.

      It's sometimes easy to feel disconnected from the goals of leadership, especially at more entry to mid-level jobs.
