      The mission is urgent and compelling - you know you are truly making a difference every day! The Christian identity of the organization provides a place where you can grow spiritually. Some of the best and most devoted colleagues to work alongside.

      Cons

      Like many large organizations, it can be heavy with bureaucracy and slow to change at times. To their credit, the Sr. Leadership team does recognize this and is trying to fuel innovation more quickly.
