      Pros

      Excellent company with opportunity for growth, good cause, work with wonderful people, can transfer to different departments and learn new skills. I've always had excellent leaders at World Vision.

      Cons

      World Vision can be bureaucratic, change is slow and you have to be intentional about networking if you want new opportunities. If you are an innovative person the bureaucratic culture will be frustrating

      Very supportive teammates, and management who is actively working to improve workers experience and make World Vision a place where we can fulfill our career aspirations.

      Cons

      I hear the pay is slightly lower than average relative to your position's Seattle average, but hey, it's a non-profit humanitarian organization. That's why we're here.
