      we really do amazing, life-changing work around the world; its great to be working with people who share my core faith (from a broad scope of denominations/backgrounds); new COO Edgar Sandoval is bringing much-needed business rigor; drive to Federal Way is easier than fighting traffic downtown

      fundraising is difficult for this old established organization; fundraising relentless just like the profit drive of any corporation; career pathing is minimal; change is glacial
