The mission and vision of the organization are based on sound beliefs carried out by thousands of dedicated staff. It is a privilege to work with these people and see the amazing things they accomplish to improve the well-being of girls and boys.
Cons
At times there is a disconnect among support offices and people conducting work in the field. Priorities, objectives, and goals may be interpreted from different perspectives. However, the overarching goal to serve people as Christ has called us to do is evident in the hearts and hardworking of staff worldwide.
